    I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!

     

    In the event that you are not, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange or refund request. Returned items must be in original packaging and new condition to receive a full refund or exchange.  

     

    All returned items must be sent via a trackable service (USPS Priority Mail is encouraged as tracking is included).  The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  Do not mail return jewelry items in an envelope or similarly unstructured container, the customer will be responsible for items damaged in return shipping. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please email me directly at elevatejewelrymt@gmail.com and I’ll take you through the exchange/return process.
